Lucky me, there was a translation...so the meaning of this poem really touched me
Like to share this one, written by a lady Shradha, also with you guys..
Yatra par toh sabhi jaaten hain,yatra ko toh sabhi maante hain,
Par kya sab yeh sach jaante hain ke jeevan ki sabse amar yatra kaunsi hain?
Amar yatra toh woh hain, jo jeevan ko saarthak bana de,
Amar yatra toh woh hai, jo dil se dukh ko mita de.
Yeh yatra toh woh hain ,jahan phool toh murjha jaaten hain,par amar rahati
hain khushboo;
Pani toh baras jaata hain, par amar rahati hain baadal ki justjoo.
Ghar toh toot jaaten hain,par amar hoti hain yeh raeth,
Jis tarah kisaan toh chala jaaye,par kahin na jaaye yeh khet.
Mandir bhale hi toot jaayen,par Bhagvan toh amar hain;
Jis tarah hosla toot jaaye,par shraddha toh amar hain.
Laharen toh aati-jaati hain,par amar rahata hain yeh samudra;
Hawa toh bahati rahati hain,par amar rahata hain yeh parvat,
Deepak bhale hi bujh jaata hain,par amar rahata hain yeh prakash.
Yeh ehsaas hi toh amar hain,yeh aatma bhi toh amar hain.
Amar hain yeh Bhagvan,par kabhi na amar hove insaan!
Yahi toh hain,jeevan ki amar yatra.
Everyone goes on a journey,everyone believes in pilgrimages,
But does everone know which is life's most eternal journey?
An eternal journey is one,which makes life meaningful,
An eternal journey is one ,which removes the sorrows of the heart.
This journey is one ,where flowers may wilt away, but the fragrance lasts
forever;
The rain may come and go,but the clouds' enthusiasm never ends.
Houses may crumble,but the earth remains,
Just like how the farmer may move away,but his land always stays.
Temples may get destroyed,but God is eternal,
Just like how hope maybe lost,but faith is eternal.
Waves come and go,but eternal is the ocean;
The wind may blow or not,but eternal is the mountain,
The flame of the lamp may die out,but eternal is light.
It is this realisation,which is eternal,it is the soul,that is eternal.
Immortal is the Lord, but never can man ever become immortal!
This is what is called,life's eternal journey.
